REFUND and RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help.


Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Some items are non-returnable, including an personalized items.

 

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at hello@wildepoppy.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item and inspect it.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
