How to Return an Item:

Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at hello@wildepoppy.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item and inspect it.

Damaged or Defective Items:
